Report A Claim

  • No claims can be processed without all necessary documentation.
  • We do not provide verbal review of claims. All claims must be submitted online.
  • All communications regarding submitted claims will be via email.
  • No pre-approvals are required for repairs. This is a repair reimbursement program.
  • All claim submissions require estimates or invoices to be processed.
  • Once you submit a claim, you will be assigned a claims number. Please retain this number for reference.
