- No claims can be processed without all necessary documentation.
- We do not provide verbal review of claims. All claims must be submitted online.
- All communications regarding submitted claims will be via email.
- No pre-approvals are required for repairs. This is a repair reimbursement program.
- All claim submissions require estimates or invoices to be processed.
- Once you submit a claim, you will be assigned a claims number. Please retain this number for reference.
